New things happened so I guess it is time for a new photo update!

This was a surprise form my mother, this was a belated birthday present. It is a new sketchbook. Sketchbooks are always useful for me. :>

My cousin got married and I drew them a little card.

My hamster felt like exploring the floor. After taking this picture I picked her up. It is way too dangerious for her to be near a cable. What if she bites it?

painted a bit for school, as usual this could use some more work. xD

I started painting one of the small canvasses (canvases? Canvas in plural)  with some leftover paint.

I have been working on many things lately. I guess I have too many interests. Oh well, here you see a new drawing for school. I inked the lines and started coloring it with ink and water. The yarn matches it well I think.

That yarn is used for knitting a sweater. I still have to finish the sleeves. I think this pattern is really cool for clothing.

and I am also painting something for school. Still in the "rough" phase though! Since it is getting warmer again it is hard to stay productive, but I will try. :>

Continuing the Mixed Media class from previous post, here are some more things (pictures) I collected. I took several shots of paint spots at school. At art school there are plenty of places to find paint spots. Especially in the painting class (of course).

school stuff

I tried to paint on cardboard, pretty hard actually. Here I wanted to make something like those classical icons that you see in catholic churches.

I also finished this drawing, from a tuff lady. You gotta be tuff when you have a bloody cloth in front of your eye, heh?

This is a sketch for a new drawing. It is an EXE file, well not really.

Judgement day

Since it is a lazy Sunday I decided to finally post some more about last "judgement day" at school. I got some good critiques that I will work on for next time.

This is one of the last paintings I made for it. Maybe I should have spent more time on it, but I did not have much time left.

I still had these on my camera. Finally posting them now. I really liked their interior. No need to worry if you spoiled any paint!

This was a fun workshop I did. We had to throw paint on a canvas. And it did not matter if there was paint on the floor too! This place was used often for these things, so there was much paint on the floor already anyway. My final "work" is the third image. I might use it as a base for a new painting.

This winter I am going to try to keep my feet warm with these! Ok it is not working already because my feet get cold all the time, but oh well, I gotta keep trying.

I saw these fish at some market a while ago, I found this pretty actually. I think fish are too beautiful to eat actually, but I have to sometimes for my diet.

This is a new painting I finished for school. I was inspired to paint about periods again (guess I had one huhu) and I connected it with... communism. You know, red blood -> red army, right? Probably the weirdest painting I have done.

I started on a new painting too, but it is just a messy sketch for now.

These apples lay in a funny way I thought. They are from the garden actually.

Oh and I tried to film my hamster, so maybe I can upload it one day. I will have to edit a lot, since animals are so unpredictable.

school work and such

For sculpture class I have to make a sculpture at home, with a chosen material, and you can see the result so far in this photo. I have to add some more spoons and then I will take some more photos of it and ... transport it to class. That will be an adventure, it is hard to transport this on the bus/train/bicycle, which I use to get to school.

I also finished a new painting, which I will take with me for judgement day. This one is inspired by Las Vegas and pop culture.

Do you remember the scarf I was knitting? I finished now, and here you see me wearing it. :> It has been ages since I took a photo of myself haha. I am more suitable to be behind the camera I think. The scarf is kinda small though, so I guess it is more suitable for summer.

This Sunday (Sunday is the day I usually paint) I finished off  this acrylic painting.

First I was not sure if it was finished or not, but I do like it when the painting is still a little rough. In the end I decided it is finished. It forms a bigger painting with its counterpart, which you can view here:

Other than that I tried some crocheting, but this is really hard! 0_0 I want to make a Granny Square blanket but I wonder if I ever manage to do that. These blankets seem very funny and warm so it seemed like something nice to do.

I also drew something that looked like Zelda (the photo distorts it kinda but oh well):

It's almost done now. It has been ages that I colored something the traditional way!
