vampire diva

A quickie for a little contest. I tried to emulate the style of Monster High. I think the merchandise of Monster High is really cute. I wish this existed when I was younger xD
Or maybe I should just start follow it anyway even though I am probably too old for it.

today

Today I finished this:

and I practiced drawing some gestures.

sketching

It has been almost a week since I updated here. It is about time I posted some new sketches. Here are some of my smaller sketchbook.

That was it for now, I have some illustrating and comic coloring to do!

Last photo is from here, I really like the photos of Annette Pehrsson and Leo.

charcoal drawings

Last drawing lesson I worked with charcoal. We collected pictures and then we had to draw them, enhancing some of the aspects. I chose the "darkness" of the pictures. The first drawing actually was not done, but I liked it too so I included this one as well.

ink

practiced some inking for school. This was my first attempt.

And the second, this one went better I think. Ink is an interesting medium. These are all A3, so that is quite big.

I made a portrait of my bird character, he's got a redesign too. His hair is different now. I am going to use this as an icon for some websites.
