Just posting some snapshots of the drawing I am working on. It is based upon a movie screenshot of Napoleon Dynamite.

Just an update from my messy work place. Next week they will check my work again at art school.

ecoline and ink

I have been making more  things with ecoline. To me it seems like water color, but then with brighter colors and more fluid. And you can also draw with it, which is pretty cool I think.

Painting with it brings very unexpected results.

This last one is not finished yet, I do like this result so far. The lines and the planes actually follow different "rules". One is all about keeping strict form and the other one just goes everywhere.

And I finally finished this big drawing, it is A2-sized! It's about insomnia. The girl cannot sleep and looks at the clock all the time. (also uploaded this on DeviantART.)

ink works

For school I finished two ink drawings, here you can see them:

"Maria in the lake"

Taking photographs of these is always hard, I want them to keep the same impact but a photo is much different than the real thing. The first work (I will refer to it as "Maria") is actually A1 and the second one is A2. I only drew on the Maria artwork, the other girl is done with mostly ink washes.

Oh, and finally a picture of two hares I took. These suddenly appeared in the fields and I thought they were cute so I photographed them.

hospital sketches

So mother is in the hospital again. I visited and drew a lot there. Here you can view some of the sketches.
